Cancellation Policy
All services must be paid in person at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been approved. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, ACH payments, or a 30‑day commercial invoice for approved business accounts. Payment is due immediately upon job completion unless your business has an active Net‑30 agreement on file. Jobs billed under a 30‑day invoice must be paid within the agreed terms to maintain account status. Rocket Rooter LLC provides flat‑rate, commercial‑only drain cleaning services.
