Commercial Service Agreement
Rocket Rooter LLC provides commercial drain cleaning services only. By scheduling service, you confirm you are an authorized representative of a business or commercial property. Service availability, pricing, and response times may vary based on location, severity of the issue, and after‑hours requests.
Pricing, Payment & Cancellations
All services are billed at the flat rates listed on our website unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for after‑hours work, severe blockages, or specialized equipment. Payment is due upon completion unless prior arrangements are approved. Cancellations after dispatch may result in a service fee.
Liability & Service Limitations
We are not responsible for pre‑existing plumbing issues, damaged or improperly installed systems, or conditions outside the scope of drain cleaning. If a system is unsafe, inaccessible, or structurally compromised, service may be refused or rescheduled. No guarantee is made on future performance of aging or compromised plumbing systems.
