No Refunds on Completed Services
All drain cleaning services are final once the work has been performed. Because every job involves labor, equipment, and time on site, Rocket Rooter LLC does not offer refunds after service completion.
Service Quality & Follow Up
If you have concerns about the work performed, contact us immediately. We will review the issue and determine whether additional service is needed, but this does not include refunds or credit for completed work.
